Report of Bean to Bar Chocolate Workshop held in Dec 2019 for 1st anniversary of Unit0 Saigon,
Day 1:
8 kids and 7 adults joined, Vietnamese and Japanese ?
We guess participants enjoyed to have a nice experience to close Cacao through removing Cacao skin, tasting fresh Cacao and making their own chocolate bar ?
Day 2:
13 adults Vietnamese and Japanese joined.
Basically same experience of Day 1.
Further questions about Cacao were raised and participants heard about what Binon Cacao and Ms. Endo pursues through Cacao.
That’s a good experience and learning opportunity ?
